Privacy Policy

• This Privacy Policy explains how the Platform collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of Clients and End Users.
• The Platform is operated by PT Mimpi Teknologi Nusantara, which acts as the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through the Platform.

The Platform collects the following data:

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• Service usage data (activity logs, visit statistics)
• Uploaded or generated content on the Platform
• Technical data from devices and browsers

Collected data is used for:

• Providing and improving services
• Managing accounts and communication
• Analyzing service usage for feature development
• Security and misuse prevention

The Platform does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except:

• When required by law or regulation
• For payment processing purposes
• With third-party service providers under strict confidentiality obligations

The Platform implements technical and organizational security measures including:

• Data encryption in transit and at rest
• Access control to sensitive information
• Daily backups for data integrity

Clients and End Users have the right to:

• Access their personal data
• Request corrections to inaccurate data
• Request deletion of their data, subject to legal obligations

Data is retained as long as the account is active or needed for operational and legal purposes.

• The Platform offers an optional connector that allows third-party AI assistants — such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — to answer a Client's questions about their own booths.
• The connector is off by default. No data leaves the Platform through it until the Client explicitly authorises the connection and approves it in their own browser.

Once authorised, the connector can read only data the Client's own account can already see:

• Session and transaction records for the Client's own booths
• Revenue summaries, credit balances, and wallet transaction history
• Project settings and device status
• Counts of gallery items — never the photos, videos, or other media themselves
• Public product documentation, which requires no authorisation at all
• The connector cannot read another Client's data, and cannot create, modify, or delete anything.
• When a Client uses the connector, the data described above is transmitted to the AI provider the Client has chosen, and is processed under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. The Platform does not control that processing.
• A Client may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the connector in their assistant, or by contacting support@dreamboothstudio.com.

Any changes will be announced in advance and made available on the Platform.
