  • Keep the booth ready — Camera, printer, and app working; correct project loaded.
  • Help guests — Guide the flow, skip payment when appropriate, handle retakes and reprints.
  • Handle prints — Ensure prints complete; reprint from result or gallery when needed; check upload status.
