Analytics
Analytics in the dashboard (or linked from the main dashboard view) help you monitor usage and make business decisions.
What Metrics Mean
- Sessions — Number of completed (or started) photobooth sessions in the selected period.
- Revenue / payments — Payment volume from sessions (before or after settlement, depending on the view).
- Device usage — How often each device (booth) is used; useful for multi-booth setups.
- Project usage — Which projects are used most; helps decide which branding or flow to promote.
- Voucher usage — How many sessions used cash or discount vouchers.
Exact metrics and labels depend on your plan and the dashboard UI.
Daily/Weekly Monitoring
- Check dashboard overview (or analytics section) for daily or weekly totals: sessions, revenue, uploads.
- Use Transactions and Gallery for drill-down: filter by date, project, or device to spot trends or issues.
- If sessions or uploads drop, check Network Issues and device status.
Common Business Decisions from Analytics
- Peak times — When to staff more or ensure the booth is ready.
- Project performance — Which projects (e.g. events or themes) drive more sessions; adjust active project or branding.
- Voucher effectiveness — Whether vouchers drive traffic or revenue; adjust voucher campaigns.
- Device health — Which devices have low usage or many failed uploads; troubleshoot or relocate.
