Cloud Gallery

Dreambooth's cloud gallery automatically uploads every photobooth session — photos, strips, videos, GIFs, and recordings — to a customer-accessible URL. Customers scan a QR or open a link to download their files; operators search, filter, reprint, and bulk-download from the dashboard.

  • Auto-upload — Every session that finishes on the booth pushes its media to the cloud automatically.
  • Customer access — Each session has a shareable URL (often surfaced as a QR on the result screen) so customers can view and download instantly without an account.
  • Operator control — Search by session ID, filter by project / date / consent / satisfaction, and act in bulk.
  • Reprint — Re-send any session's output to the booth printer from the dashboard.
  • Backup — Cloud copy means a printer or PC failure doesn't lose the moment.

Find Sessions (by Session ID)

  • Go to Dashboard → Gallery.
  • Use session ID search (and filters: project, date, sort, consent, satisfaction) to find a specific session or set of sessions.
  • Filter and sort state can be reflected in the URL for sharing or bookmarking.

Open a session or item in the gallery and use the reprint action to send the same output to the printer again. For operator reprint flow, see Customer Handling and Queue, Retake, Reprints.

Downloads and Sharing

  • Multi-select and bulk actions — Select one or more items to Delete (bulk delete) or Download as ZIP.
  • Image viewer — Click an item to open full-size viewer (and navigate between items if applicable).
  • Pagination / load more — Results are paged; total count is shown.
  • Customer link / QR — Each session URL is shareable; customers don't need a login to download.

Retention Rules

Retention and expiry depend on your plan and settings. Use filters such as "include expired items" or date range to see what is still available. Contact support or check your account for retention details.
