Withdrawals

From Dashboard → Withdrawals you manage two wallet types: Platform Wallet (Dreambooth) and Midtrans Wallet (your own payment gateway). You can request withdrawals from the Platform Wallet once your bank account is verified and other conditions are met.

Prerequisites

  • Dashboard access.
  • To withdraw from Platform Wallet: Your bank account must be verified first. Save your account details (name, account number, bank, schedule) in the form; the system will validate the account (a validation fee may apply). The account must be active before you can withdraw.
  • Minimum withdrawal for Platform Wallet: Rp 10,000. You cannot request a withdrawal if your available balance is Rp 10,000 or less.

Platform Wallet (Dreambooth)

  • Earnings can be paid out via the Platform Wallet. You benefit from quick direct withdrawal—funds are ready to use.
  • Fees: A 1.7% charge (1% service fee + 0.7% payment fee, including VAT) plus a fixed disbursement fee (e.g. Rp 3,000) apply when using the Platform Wallet.
  • Cooldown: You can request a withdrawal only once every 12 hours. After a request, you must wait 12 hours before the next one.
  • Set as active wallet: You can choose Platform Wallet as your active wallet so future earnings go there. Only one wallet (Platform or a Midtrans account) can be active at a time.

Midtrans Wallet (own payment gateway)

  • The default option for using your own gateway is Midtrans. You add Midtrans accounts (Client Key and Server Key from the Midtrans Dashboard) and set the Payment notification URL in your Midtrans settings to the value provided by the platform (e.g. https://dreamboothstudio.com/api/payments/notification). You can then set one account as your active wallet so earnings go to your own gateway.
  • Withdrawals for Midtrans are handled through your own gateway; the Platform Wallet withdrawal flow and minimum/fees above do not apply to Midtrans balances shown in the dashboard.
  • Other payment gateways: If you need support for a different payment gateway, contact the team.

Requesting a withdrawal (Platform Wallet)

  1. Go to Dashboard → Withdrawals.
  2. Ensure you are on the Platform Wallet tab and that your bank account is saved and active.
  3. Ensure your available balance is above Rp 10,000 and that you are not in the 12-hour cooldown.
  4. Click Withdraw. Confirm the amount and fees (1.7% + fixed fee). The net amount you receive will be shown.
  5. After submission, the request is processed. You can track it in the same page; balance and status update accordingly.

Recent transactions

  • The Withdrawals page shows recent transactions for the selected wallet (Platform or a Midtrans account). Use the table and pagination to view earnings, disbursements, bank validation, and refunds.

Expected result

  • Platform Wallet: Bank account verified and active, withdrawals requested when balance is above Rp 10,000 and outside cooldown; fees and net amount clear.
  • Midtrans Wallet: Accounts added and optionally set as active; other gateways by contacting the team.
