Email Reports

Dreambooth sends two automated performance emails — a daily one and a weekly one — and they go to Enterprise accounts only. Every other plan reads the same numbers from the dashboard instead.

Who Receives Them

Only accounts on the Enterprise plan. There is no setting that switches this on for Starter, Professional, or Free — the reports are selected by plan alone, so upgrading is the only way to start receiving them and there is currently no way to opt out of them on Enterprise.

They are sent to the account owner's email address — the one you sign in with. There is no separate recipient list, so a report cannot currently be sent to a manager or an accountant who does not own the account. Forwarding is the workaround.

Each email is written in the account's language: English, Indonesian, or Spanish.

What Arrives, and When

There is no monthly email report. If you have seen a monthly report mentioned anywhere, it does not exist for customer accounts — for a monthly view, use the dashboard and set the date range yourself.

What Is in Them

Both reports break the numbers down per active project, so a multi-branch operator sees each booth separately rather than one merged figure:

  • Sessions — how many were started, and how many were completed.
  • Revenue and transactions — counted from settled payments only. A pending or expired payment contributes nothing, which is why a report can show fewer transactions than the booth appeared to run.
  • Filters and frames used — by name, ranked, from completed sessions. This is the fastest way to see which of your designs customers actually pick.
  • Copies chosen — the spread of print quantities customers bought.
  • Busiest times — completed sessions grouped into four six-hour slots. Note that those slots are cut in Jakarta time (UTC+7) regardless of where your booth is, so outside Indonesia the labels will not line up with your own clock.

Only active projects are included. Deactivating a project removes it from the next report.

If You Are Not on Enterprise

Every figure in the report is also in the dashboard — sessions, revenue, the filter and frame ranking, the copies spread and the time-of-day split are all computed there too. It is simply not pushed to you:

  • Analytics — the same sessions, revenue, and pattern data, with a date range you choose.
  • Transactions — the per-transaction list, filterable and exportable, when you need the underlying rows rather than a summary.

A weekly habit of opening Analytics on Monday gets you the same information as the weekly email.

Troubleshooting

  • The report never arrived. Confirm the account is on Enterprise — that is the only condition the code checks. Then check spam, and confirm the account owner's email address is one you actually read.
  • Revenue looks lower than the day felt. Only settled payments count. Sessions that were delivered without a completed payment do not appear as revenue. See Transactions to find them.
  • A booth is missing from the report. Its project is inactive, or the sessions were recorded against a different project. See Projects.
  • The numbers do not match the dashboard. Check the period. The daily report covers the whole of yesterday, cut at the platform's own day boundary rather than your local one, so a late-night session can land in the next day's report.
